Today Apple released security updates for most of their OS software. They patch actively used exploits. I recommend everyone install these updates today, if possible. If you aren't ready to install iOS 18 yet there are also updates for iOS 17.

Because Apple has not released any updates for macOS 13 and 14, it is unclear if this security vulnerability is only present in macOS 15 or if they have just not yet put together the update.
