Rates — My hourly rate is $190 unless we have arranged another price. I bill in 15-minute increments with a 30-minute minimum for phone calls and a one-hour minimum for house calls. Credit card payment is preferred.

The way I like to work is clean up your devices so they all run better and stay in sync. Then we meet as needed to learn how to use your stuff, get a periodic checkup, or help purchase and set up new equipment.

If you're looking for a repair like a screen or battery replacement, I recommend going through Apple Support or the Apple Support App. I'm happy to walk you through that process and make sure your computer is backed up before sending it off.
