Getting a new Apple device should be exciting, not stressful. I'll transfer your data from your old device, set up your email and accounts, configure your settings the way you like them, and walk you through anything that's new or unfamiliar. You'll be up and running with confidence from day one.
My Mac isn't working right
Strange error messages, apps crashing, sluggish performance, a desktop full of clutter you're afraid to touch. These are the kinds of things I sort out every day. I'll figure out what's going on, explain it to you in plain English, and either fix the problem or help you decide on the best path forward, whether that's a repair, a cleanup, or an upgrade.

Between your Wi-Fi, printers, smart home devices, backups, and software updates, there's a lot to keep track of. I'll take it off your plate with regular check-ins to keep everything running smoothly, so you can stop worrying about whether your devices are up to date, backed up, and secure.
