My Keyboard Recommendations

Premium, independent in-home support for Apple products in the city of San Francisco.
Between work, family, and the rest of your fast-paced modern life you don’t have time to manage the technology in your home. For a simple hourly rate, I’ll visit your home and keep your systems in tip-top shape.
Clients get access to my proactive diagnostics software, which can catch problems such as malware and failing drives before they become disasters. If any problems are discovered I’ll reach out to you to discuss the proper course of action.
Macintosh computers are expensive investments, so it makes sense to invest a little more to realize their full potential. I can teach you how to better use your devices. My specialty is helping you relate to, understand, and feel comfortable with your technology.
JimmyMac is simply a life saver. No waiting an hour like on Apple Care. He always has an answer and a fix for my problem – no matter how small or how large. He goes at it head on and FAST. I love it, being a silver- haired grandmother, that he speaks in people-eze instead of geek-eze. I can always understand him and that helps keep me from making the same mistakes again. His pricing is reasonable and he’s worth every penny and more! I’d shout from the mountain tops to recommend him to anyone!
We brought Jimmy in to troubleshoot a long list of Mac/Apple integration issues, software issues, and hardware glitches. He solved them all in record time, explained things clearly, and was delightful to work with. We are looking forward to having him support our technical needs in the future.
Jimmy has provided my Creative Mindflow business and me with outstanding Mac and PC support since 2007. So good in fact that when I move my business to NewYork City, I still continue to use his services. No one I know stays on top with the latest software and upgrades as Jimmy does. There has never been an problem that Jimmy hasn’t been able to find a fix for. I highly recommend his services!
Most of the time Apple’s products have a way of appearing “magical”. But sometimes they need a little more coaxing than their advertising seems to imply. Since my own switch from PC in 2006 I have been helping people discover what their Apple products are capable of, whether they switched just like me, have been long-time Mac users or have little to no prior computer experience. Because I enjoy working one-on-one I am able to take the time to listen to every person’s unique needs and come to a tailored solution. And because most of my friends are not in the IT industry, I’ve learned to be patient and to explain things in a way that anyone can understand.
I spend a lot of time keeping up with the latest Apple and tech news which is important since so many Apple users are early adopters. It also allows me to proactively alert my customers when something new might affect them.
