Rates — My hourly rate is $190 unless we have arranged another price. I bill in 15-minute increments with a 30-minute minimum for phone calls and a one-hour minimum for house calls. Credit card payment is preferred.
Canceling or Rescheduling — You can easily cancel or reschedule an appointment using the buttons in your confirmation email.
If you are having trouble with your phone number on my booking form, make sure you keep the “1” that is pre-entered. That is the country code for the US/Canada. If you delete that and start typing an area code like 301 or 202, it thinks you are trying to type a number from Greece (country code 30) or Egypt (country code 20). I have complained to Calendly about this.

Let’s see what we can do together! The way I like to work is clean up your devices to help them all run better and keep in sync. Then we meet as needed to learn how to use your stuff, get a periodic checkup, or help purchase and install new equipment.
If you’re looking for a repair like a screen or battery replacement I recommend Apple at getsupport.apple.com or the Apple Support App — though I’m happy to walk you through that process and make sure your computer is backed up before sending it off.

Since I moved to San Francisco, I am only visiting DC every few months, so you are unlikely to find appointments unless you sign up for my email newsletter and snag an appointment as soon as openings are announced.
