How to turn off Mail's conversation view

Don't like how Apple Mail lumps your emails into conversations? You can easily return to the old-fashioned way of keeping every email as a separate entity.

OS X: In Apple Mail, visit the "View" menu and uncheck "Organize by Conversation". This is a per-folder setting.

iOS : Settings app > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Turn off "Organize By Thread".
