Send animated GIFs (or most images from the web) in iMessages on your iPhone:

  1. Find the image you want to send in Safari.

  2. Tap and hold the image

  3. Select "Copy" from the popup menu

  4. Double-tap in the new message field of iMessages

  5. Select "Paste" from the popup menu

  6. Send!
