> JimmyTech is a solo Apple consulting and support business run by Jimmy Obomsawin. He provides premium, independent, in-home and remote tech support for home users, specializing in Mac, iPhone, and iPad. He serves clients in San Francisco (in-home and Zoom) and the Washington, DC area, primarily the nearby Maryland suburbs in Montgomery County such as Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, and Silver Spring (in-home about every six weeks, plus Zoom). He also works with remote clients nationwide and internationally via Zoom. His rate is $190/hour. He has been helping people with Apple products since 2006.

Jimmy is not a repair shop or a storefront. He visits clients in their homes or connects via Zoom. His typical clients are home users, many of them 60 and older, though he works with all ages. He focuses on patience, plain-English explanations, and building confidence with technology. He does not primarily serve businesses, though he has a few business clients.

Jimmy provides the following services for home users of Apple products:
- Troubleshooting and fixing Mac, iPhone, and iPad problems (slowness, crashes, error messages, software issues)
- Setting up new Apple devices and migrating data from old ones
- One-on-one tutoring and personal instruction on Mac, iPhone, and iPad at any skill level
- Ongoing proactive maintenance: software updates, cleanup, security checks, backups
- Advising on what Apple products and accessories to buy
- Wi-Fi and home network troubleshooting (including Eero routers)
- Printer setup and troubleshooting
- Smart home setup and advice (HomeKit, Hue, Lutron)
- iCloud, Apple ID, and account management

## Service Area
JimmyTech provides in-home Apple support and tutoring in two metro areas, plus remote help anywhere by Zoom.
- **San Francisco, CA (in-home and Zoom):** In-home visits throughout San Francisco, including neighborhoods such as the Marina, Cow Hollow, Pacific Heights, Russian Hill, Nob Hill, North Beach, the Richmond, the Sunset, Noe Valley, the Castro, the Mission, Hayes Valley, SoMa, Potrero Hill, and Bernal Heights, among others.
- **Washington, DC area — primarily the Maryland suburbs (in-home and Zoom):** Most in-person clients in the DC area are in Montgomery County, Maryland, just across the DC line. In-home visits run on a recurring schedule (about every six weeks) and cover Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Kensington, Wheaton, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Garrett Park, Friendship Heights, Somerset, Martin's Addition, Kenwood, Forest Glen, Montrose, Maplewood, Hillmead, Fox Hills, and nearby communities, as well as Washington, DC itself. Between in-person trips, clients are fully supported by Zoom.
- **Remote (nationwide and international):** Full support by Zoom for clients anywhere in the United States and internationally, including guided screen sharing on Mac and step-by-step help on iPhone and iPad. There is no in-person service outside San Francisco and Washington, DC.
