Today Apple released a very small patch update exclusively for iPhone 12 and 13 (including Pro, Pro Max, and mini) which fixes problems people have been having with dropped calls. If you are running iOS 15 and if you have an iPhone 12 or 13 series model, I recommend installing this update right away.
Go to the Settings app on your iPhone > General > Software Update.
